The track team turnaround was phenomenal in just a few years - and relevantly, based around each rider being treated as a business, with their own support team, the end goal in mind and working back from that over 4 years of each Olympic cycle.
Also I believe he is the only man in history to actually give back allocated athlete places to BOA, with the view of ‘Can we win a medal? If not – why waste resource and effort?&#039;
And my favourite quote &#039;‘Aggregation of marginal gains is the difference between gold and silver, winning and loosing’ 
Awesome.
I sincerely hope he writes a book, and soon.....</description>
