Hello Damon

I am not sure if someone from UKFast has notified you to explain I am actually the md of a company called UKFast and not the hosting company you are currently with; namely fasthosts.

If not, sadly I am unable to offer assistance.

I do so however wish you luck with resolving your issue.

Kind regards

Lawrence Jones

Hi Lawrence,
Following great reviews I decided to leave our hosting company of over 5 years to try your service. In the last 2 months since joining Fasthosts we have, however, been very disapointed with the level of service we have received. Despite viewing our website less then once a day, there has been over half a dozen times when the site has displayed a Server 500 error. Support tickets have been raised and no clear explanation has been given. I am now on hold, yet again, to your support team and have been for over 50 minutrs this morning trying to speak to someone regarding this problem. I have called the Sales team (who did answer very promptly) and told to email support@fasthosts.co.uk with complaint in the title, all we recieve is a automated response telling us to include our account number with an 'n' and our pin number that can be found on the control panel main page - We assure you both of these can not be found on the main page - the account number is but there is no 'n' in it.

A search on the internet for Fasthosts internal server 500 error brings up many threads of people experiencing the same problem.

Can you personally offer any support or advice on this or must we return to our former hosting company?

We look forward to your reply,

Damon
