		<description>Hi Lawrence, I agree that it&#039;s a really good idea to bring in the right people for the company and find out where they are best suited later, once they have shown their true abilities and fortes.  It is probably fair to say that many people, particularly graduates who are new to the working world, don&#039;t truly know which position they will be best suited for themselves; after all, each company and their roles differ.  I think the sort of training program you described will be of immense benefit to both employer and employee - who ultimately, will get the best out of each other.</description>
