Whilst the world worries about economic downturn, business is still booming - if it is done the right way. Companies can sell themselves short by jumping too soon and simply dropping prices - wrongly thinking this is what customers want. No wonder morale is at an all-time low for those people. It sounds to me that you are saying, if you can surround yourself with people who genuinely live these values or aspire to achieve them then half the battle is won. But the more I look at the range of candidates out there, the more it seems that these kinds of attributes are in short supply. It feels that on the whole, we are delivering a working population that is underinspired. They lack the desire and focus to work hard and achieve. From experience I know what a fantastic feeling it is when you actually manage to find the needles in the haystack that can really make the difference. I wonder what we should be doing as a society to nurture and develop more people who can fit this bill and help to build our economy and country back stronger than it has ever been before.
